WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:

° Any cleaning of the apartment
° Any linen or towels
- The apartment is available from 4 pm, and should be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
- Guests are required to clean the apartment on departure, unless other arrangements have been made.
- To secure a booking we require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the cost. This may be in the form of a personal cheque. Within eight weeks of the start of your holiday we require the full rental, plus a returnable damage deposit of £200 in the form of a bank cheque.
Covered duvets are provided on all beds but in the interest of hygiene you need to take a top and bottom sheet per bed plus pillowcases, towels, tea towels & bath mat.
Linen can be provided at an additional cost
